<p>Whoopi Goldberg used an appearance by trans-identifying influencer Dylan Mulvaney on Monday to defend biological men invading women&#8217;s and girls&#8217; athletics and private spaces.</p>
<p>Goldberg and her cohosts on ABC News&#8217; &#8220;The View&#8221; invited Mulvaney, a biological male who skyrocketed to Insta-fame by documenting his transition into a parody of a teenage girl, to discuss his book about becoming said parody. Mulvaney added insult to injury, invading women&#8217;s spaces once again by releasing the book on International Women&#8217;s Day.</p>
<p>Goldberg and her cohosts <a href="https://x.com/NickFondacaro/status/1899148581061251430">raved over Mulvaney anyway during Monday&#8217;s broadcast</a>.</p>
<p>Cohost Ana Navarro mentioned one anecdote regarding a biological woman who identified as transgender and competed against males, suggesting that somehow made the hundreds of trans-identifying males taking medals, awards, scholarships, and roster spots from women acceptable.</p>
<p>&#8220;Well, I think part of the problem that the trans community is facing, and it&#8217;s the same problem that women face, is if you don&#8217;t know anything about our bodies, you don&#8217;t know how it works,&#8221; Goldberg claimed, immediately affirming trans-identifying men as no different from women.</p>
<p>&#8220;So when you come in and say, &#8216;These men — these are men, you know, competing against women,&#8217; you&#8217;re assuming that the women are weak and just can&#8217;t do anything except be here,&#8221; she continued in mocking tones. &#8220;Have you seen female athletes? They know what they&#8217;re doing.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;So I&#8217;m not sure what&#8217;s going on or why this is an issue. The same for me is when people say oh, you know, &#8216;I don&#8217;t know how I feel about you.&#8217; You do. God doesn&#8217;t make mistakes,&#8221; Goldberg asserted, despite the fact that the idea that people can be born the &#8220;wrong&#8221; gender is predicated on the possibility of God making mistakes.</p>
<p>&#8220;The challenge is not to the trans people, it&#8217;s to the people who are not trans. That&#8217;s what God is looking at to see how you treat people,&#8221; she insisted. &#8220;That&#8217;s what — that&#8217;s what is happening.&#8221;</p>
